afatcatjack The slow moving rhythm & smooth vocals make this particular track stand out for me. The entire album is nice though Favorite track: Underwater Love.

matthewjameslaker This album is solid up and down the tracklist. I can remember hearing all the previews and being so excited with the variety of tempos and styles. You've got an awesome statement intro song, then S.allmyK. is a instant classic, beautiful vocals. Classic House Cleaning song Keep it Working.. and then get punched around with the funky bouncy delivery of the World Outside, which never gets old. The rest is comment worthy that I have no space. Girls Night blew my mind, variety of clever wording! <3 Favorite track: The World Outside.

about

“Amalgamation” is a collection of songs the pair wrote whilst residing at opposite ends of the globe. Through the genius of internet technology, they managed to collaborate and come up with their distinct fusion of “stellarsonic” songwriting styles that shaped this “amalgamated” soulful sound.

Here's what Soulbrother Records in the UK had to say about it:

"Soulpersona and Princess Freesia join forces with Amalgamation as Soulperfreesia, a superb collection of mainly up tempo feel good tracks. Freesia vocals are great throughout, check her adlib on dancefloor smash ‘Making Music’s what we do’. ‘Saving all my kisses’, ‘Sound Machine’ and ‘Love won’t do me right’ sound like an early 80’s boogie tracks. ‘The world outside’ has slightly less tempo but the Princess gives a great vocal performance. The chilled out ‘I Ain’t gonna let you go’ is the slowest track and has an atmospheric beauty to it. Great music to get you movin on up!"
